Privacy

Daybreak Leads republishes public company records. This notice explains what personal data that includes and what you can do about it. It is provided by Wonop ApS.

What we publish

Names and roles of company officers as they appear in SEC Form D filings (public domain) and Companies House records (Open Government Licence v3.0), with a link to the filing. We do not publish home addresses, personal email addresses or phone numbers.

Why

Legitimate interest: helping businesses learn which companies have just formed or raised money, from the official record. Our legitimate-interest assessment is available on request.

Account data

If you sign up, we keep your email address, your API keys (hashed), your saved searches and a count of your requests for quotas. If you switch on the morning email for a saved search, we use your sign-in address to send it.

Your rights

To object, or to ask us to remove or correct a record about you, email privacy@daybreakleads.com. We keep a suppression list so that removed records stay removed. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
